Metro 1 brokered the sale of over 17 acres of land and 200,000 SF of buildings that now is known as the Magic City Innovation District – Little Haiti®.

Our team envisioned Miami’s first Innovation District and conceptualized the Magic City Innovation District – Little Haiti ®.  Along with its partners, the District resulted in one of Miami’s largest Special Area Plans 

Our team launched a comprehensive leasing strategy to include the District’s pillar within the portfolio: Technology, Sustainability, Health & Wellness, and Art & Culture.  The strategy has resulted in some of Little Haiti’s most prominent leases like Diana Lowenstein Gallery, Element Aqua, CCOM Group, The Cobblers, N3XT Studio, Marie Saint Pierre, Squadra Lupo, and Sizzle.
