Key Responsibilities:
Representing owners and landlords on new and existing assignments
Leading transactions from pricing and positioning through negotiation and close
Financial analysis and underwriting
Deepening existing client relationships and converting them into long-term representation
Expanding your market presence through new owner relationships
Producing advanced market reports and broker opinions of value using Metro 1’s research tools
Qualifications:
Active Florida real estate license
A proven track record of closed transactions and active representation assignments
Established relationships with property owners, landlords and investors in your market
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments with excellent attention to detail
Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
Highly effective independently, while bringing a collaborative, team-first approach
Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
College degree is a plus
