MIAMI, FL — Metro 1 Commercial is thrilled to announce that BODY Hot Pilates has leased space at Amara Wynwood, becoming the development’s first ground-floor retail tenant. Known for its high-intensity, music-driven Pilates workouts offered in a heated environment, BODY will anchor the retail promenade with a projected opening in Spring 2026.

This lease represents a key milestone for both BODY and Amara Wynwood. As BODY expands its South Florida footprint—with existing studios in Aventura and Coral Gables—Wynwood becomes the brand’s third location, positioning them at the epicenter of Miami’s most energetic creative district.

Amara Wynwood, developed by Fifield Companies and PGIM Real Estate, features 210 residential units and over 11,000 SF of street-level retail.
