Metro 1 brokered both sides of the transaction which marked a record price PSF in the Wynwood submarket.

Sold to ASG Equities, led by the Gindi family from Century 21 Department Stores, this marked a milestone in the retail market in Wynwood, which would result in a 41,000 SF open-air retail project called the Wynwood Park.

Metro 1 conceptualized the project as well as the Wynwood Park brand and helped ASG Equities package the project which is currently under construction.
