Developer Eric Soulavy tore down an apartment complex earlier this week on the site of the upcoming Key Biscayne condominium project 101 Sunrise, according to a spokesperson.
The 11-unit, five-story building on Sunrise Drive near Crandon Boulevard will feature two-, three- and four-bedrooms and tech-friendly amenities including electric plug-ins for golf carts and electric cars.
Prices will range from $1.7 million to $2.2 million, and condo sizes from 1,865 to 1,949 square feet. Eight of the units have already been sold, the release said.
