Founder and CEO of Metro 1, Tony Cho has dedicated his career to revitalizing and shaping neighborhoods in the urban core of South Florida. He has a passion and vision for what South Florida is today and where it will be in the decades to follow.

Through his career in real estate Tony has become a specialist in large-scale urban core assemblages, adaptive reuse/mixed use development, as well as hospitality, retail, land and industrial brokerage and management. Tony Cho has been involved in the acquisition, leasing, management and disposition of many assets over the past 10 years and continues to blaze the trail for his team of highly skilled and specialized associates.

As the CEO of Metro 1, Tony manages his dedicated team of 50 executives and sales associates. He regularly consults for Fortune 500 companies, credit tenants, investors, and development partners. In its 10 years, Metro 1 has completed over $1 billion in real estate transactions and has been recognized every year since 2011 as one of the top 25 commercial real estate organizations in South Florida by the South Florida Business Journal.

Tony Cho’s passion for the urban core inspired him to be one of a founding board member of the Wynwood Business Improvement District. He continues to give back to the community and has formed and funded Metro 1 Community in order to achieve his goal of ongoing charitable participation and shaping neighborhoods.

A Floridian Native originally from Vero Beach, Tony attended Northwestern University in Chicago. Tony and his wife reside in Miami.

Tony Arellano currently serves as Metro 1 Commercial’s Executive Vice President. In this capacity, Arellano is responsible for overseeing the firm’s overall sales and leasing efforts for more than $200 million in current real estate assets located in Miami’s urban core. With a strong emphasis on landlord and tenant representation and investment sales, Mr. Arellano has completed more than 250 commercial real estate lease and sales transactions over the past six years. In 2014 alone, Tony Arellano completed over $70 million in total lease and sale transactions.

Since 2014, Mr. Arellano has served in the board of directors for the Commercial Industrial association of South Florida.

Prior to joining Metro 1 in 2007, Mr. Arellano served as Marketing Manager at a regional marketing company where he oversaw marketing campaigns that have shaped a powerful foundation of a wide range of marketing techniques and strategies.

Mr. Arellano holds a Business Administration Degree from Florida International University and is also working towards his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Peter Andolina is Executive Director of M1 Land—a specialty division within Metro 1 Commercial. The seasoned commercial real estate professional has more than two decades of experience specifically in land and development site sales. Over the years, he has brokered nearly 5 million square feet of land and development site transactions for properties located within South Florida’s urban neighborhoods.

Mr. Andolina has completed more than $400 million in transactions, brokering commercial and mixed-use properties along the Biscayne Corridor and land for the development of several completed condominium projects including Quantum, Paramount Bay, New Wave, Baylofts, Brickell on the River, Plaza 22, and Yorker. Among Mr. Andolina’s noteworthy transactions was the 2004 sale of the 54-acre Florida East Coast Railway’s rail yards to the developers of what is now Midtown Miami.

Counted among the $100-million-plus worth of office buildings Mr. Andolina has sold are the Region’s Bank Building, 1550 Biscayne, 2200 Biscayne, 3050 Biscayne, 4700 Biscayne, and 3415 NE 2nd Avenue. He has also sold properties in Little Havana, Overtown, and Little River neighborhoods to developers of affordable housing.

Prior to joining Metro 1 Properties, Mr. Andolina operated his own real estate company, Andolina Real Estate, where he concentrated on properties located within the Biscayne Corridor, north of Downtown Miami. He previously partnered with commercial real estate specialist Edie Laquer, and together they brokered significant land sales in the Coconut Grove, Brickell, and Downtown Miami areas.

Before embarking on a career in commercial real estate brokerage, Mr. Andolina was an attorney and served as Deputy Director for the Miami Downtown Development Authority for nearly 15 years. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Mr. Andolina earned a law degree from the University of Buffalo School of Law.

Ximena Cho has a long standing history of community service and client relations. Having volunteered significant amounts of time and effort to charitable causes for most of her life, she is in tune with the needs of the community and possesses the dedication and passion to coordinate large scale initiatives. Ximena’s passion for community service began as a child in her native country of Colombia, where together with her family, she spent countless hours working with the needy and homeless of her community. At the age of 11, Ximena came to live in Miami with her family and attended the University School, where she graduated with honors and over 1,000 hours of community service in local hospital cancer and neonatal units, the Baudhuin Preschool for children with autism and Best Buddies among others. At that point, Ximena decided to channel her love of working with people into a career in fashion and received a degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Miami International University of Art & Design, formerly International Fine Arts College. Her career remained geared towards the public and client relations as she progressed from Latin American sales at Hugo Boss to real estate and eventually entering the health and beauty field in the spa and skin care industry.

Throughout her career, Ximena has remained dedicated to various charitable causes such as Lotus House Women’s Shelter, Yoga Gangsters for at risk youth, The River Fund homeless assistance, Style Saves and the Miami Rescue Mission as well as being an avid supporter of the New World Symphony. At the heart of all her initiatives, she has always had a fervor for helping people and has now found the perfect niche wherein to do what she loves – community service.

As the Director for Metro 1 Community, Ximena hopes to significantly impact the neighborhoods which the organization serves and to take the initiatives of community education and outreach to new levels. As Director, she will be in charge of conceptualizing, developing and facilitating the implementation of projects associated with community relations as well as coordination of existing directives and ventures. Ximena strives to achieve fulfillment of Metro 1 Community’s vision and mission to its greatest extent.

As one of Metro 1 Commercial’s sales associates, Alfredo Riascos specializes in providing leasing and sales services primarily for creative office, industrial, and retail space. Over the past five years, Mr. Riascos has worked on behalf of both landlords and tenants and has closed hundred of commercial real estate transactions during that time.

Prior to joining Metro 1, Mr. Riascos worked for a Miami Beach multifamily investor, where he was responsible for the management and leasing of 400 multifamily units.

Jointly heading the Palm Beach division of Metro 1, Frank brings a 15 year career in Commercial Real Estate. Originally began co-owning and operating a boutique firm in Orlando with a successful multifamily portfolio. After moving to South Florida, I began analyzing and underwriting larger multifamily and commercial assets.
