Brickell is once again welcoming yet another unique and audacious real estate development, and this one is sure to be as exciting as all the rest. Curbed Miami, a website that covers local real estate news, has more:
Back in action since its shelving in the real estate crash is the Rilea Group’s planned 44 story residential tower at 1080 Brickell Avenue, using previously approved designs by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, on a site that has gone in the intervening time from ‘good’ to ‘holy hot tamale you live there?’ The Bond At Brickell will stretch from a narrow Brickell Avenue frontage to a gloriously wide spot along Brickell’s brand, spanking, new Brickell Flatiron Park, meaning it’ll have (A) a back yard-like green space, (B) views that won’t be blocked in five years by some new tower being built next door, and (C) something beautiful for those living on the west side to look at.
Indeed, this new project appears so promising, that the Miami Herald has reported the sale of over a third of units in short time:
The project drew strong interest at a pre-construction sales event Wednesday evening, tallying more than 130 reservations to purchase units on the spot.
Ojeda, a savvy developer with a reputation for simplicity and quality, has built a variety of high-profile residential and commercial projects in the area. They include the 1450 Brickell office tower, where the developer is headquartered, known for its hurricane-resistant features like stronger glass and a back-up generator. Other projects include One Broadway apartments and the Sabadell Financial Center at 1111 Brickell Ave.
Between the rapid sales, innovative design, and proven track record of the developer, this project is likely not to disappoint. Prices will range from around $300,000 to more than $1 million for units that include studios to 3 bedroom apartments. The building’s planned amenities include 2 pools, a fitness center and spa, 24-hour valet parking, a 595-space garage, a children’s area, a business center, and a 5,000-square-foot restaurant in the lobby.
The Bond is hardly the only game in town: other nearby condo developments include the Capital at Brickell (located on 1420 S Miami Ave) and the Brickell Flatiron (at1001 S Miami Ave). Then there is the SLS Brickell and Brickell CityCentre, two of the biggest and most prestigious real estate projects in all of Miami.
In short, Brickell Real Estate is entering an unprecedented golden age. There will be a growing selection of high-end residential properties that will redefine luxury living like never before. To learn more about this and other amazing Miami Properties, call Metro 1 Properties at 305-571-9991.
