These two properties are some of the last ones available for prime retail redevelopment, in an area that has seen increasing investor interest due to its prime location surrounded by Biscayne Bay, Lincoln Road at walking distance, and the only public marina on the beach.
Mika Mattingly, Metro 1 Properties urban sales associate specializing in emerging neighborhoods, represented both sellers. The properties were bought by a developmer who as Mika mentioned, “is poised to redevelop the sites for retail use and continue the transformation of the neighborhood from an industrial district to a more retail oriented arena”.
