Job Title: Senior Commercial Leasing Executive

Focus on creative Retail, Office & Industrial Flex.


Possible Commission Range: $90,000 – $175,000

Metro 1 Commercial is actively seeking an experienced licensed real estate sales professional who is interested in joining our dynamic team in our Miami office.

The candidate must have experience working with a combination of the following tenant profiles: creative office, retail, food & beverage, technology companies, coworking spaces, and entertainment concepts.

Some of Metro 1’s exclusive projects include Magic City Innovation District, MiamiCentral, exciting Wynwood Retail & Office, as well as other urban core, creative projects.

Must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prospecting, canvassing, cold calling.
  • Maintain existing client relationships to ensure continued business opportunities.
  • Perform financial analysis.
  • Create advanced reports using the multiple research tools that are provided by Metro 1
  • Perform high-level market analysis to stay on top of new trends.
  • Working closely with all necessary parties on projects and leasing of the commercial properties.
  • Tracking benchmarks for leasing of projects and portfolio that are assigned to agent.
  • Proactive marketing of space availabilities through Social Media Channels

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have active Florida real estate license
  • 4+ Years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales or management of commercial real estate properties.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred experience on Adobe Creative Cloud, but not a must.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven track record in sales environments
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and clients
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with VTS or Salesforce is a plus
  • Self-motivated, and take initiative on projects and seeing them through completion.
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
