Miami developer and real estate entrepreneur R. Donahue Peebles has recently proposed a 16-story, high-rise condo located just south of Canyon Ranch in Miami Beach.
Alongside other developers in “Crane County” (aka Miami), Peebles couldn’t keep himself from building another Miami Beach sand castle, proposing 13 units on 6767 Collins Avenue – each unit boasting approximately 5,600 square feet of living space.
The building will also contain two-story penthouses, each of which has 10,000-square feet of space.
If you recall, Peebles moved to Florida and opened an office in Miami after a property deal worth $48 million collapsed. He began working on a public-private partnership with the City of Miami Beach. Two years later, he relocated his corporate headquarters to Miami. His projects include the Royal Palm Hotel, a 420-room and suite ocean-front resort consisting of three towers, in the heart of Miami Beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and The Residences at The Bath Club, a luxury residential tower.
