One of the newest and most anticipated condos in Miami is soon to be built in Edgewater’s prime bayfront land: Element, by the acclaimed Related Group. This chic and unique residential tower will be a welcomed addition to this popular rapidly growing community.
Element will be built on 600 NE 31 St, which has long been a conspicuous and barren eyesore. As if close proximity to the bay weren’t enough, this prime location will provide exceptional access to the city’s major transportation links, allowing residents to easily visit major areas such as Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Miami International Airport (MIA), and much more.
Element Tower Condos will comprise twin 55-story towers, making it one the tallest condos in the neighborhood, and thus providing a peerless view of the city and pay. As befitting Miami’s world-famous skyline, Element will feature the ultra-modern and elegant designs of acclaimed architectural firm Arquitectonica. The western facade of each tower will feature a huge, mostly blank wall of stucco, while the sides facing the bay will have sleek glass. Large portions of the parking garages will also be stucco clad.
The first tower will include 358 residences and 595 parking spots, while the second will have 342 units and 529 parking spaces, making this one of the largest residential complexes in the Downtown area. While floor plans have yet to be released, it’s been reported that units will range in size from 1,000 to 2,500 square feet, far larger than conventional condos. Given the award-winning track record of both the developer and architect, it’s certain that these residences will be as stylish as they are functional.
Needless to say, Metro 1 Properties will be keeping a close eye on this hot development. To learn about Element or other excellent Edgewater Condos, call Metro 1 Properties at 305-571-9991.
