Car dealer and real estate investor Ira Lang wants to build a 12-story residential and hotel project in the depths of Wynwood on a half-block of property at North Miami Avenue and 21st Street.
But the Dept. Planning & Zoning isn’t a fan. They’ve recommended denial of a zoning change request because it’s ‘out of scale’ with the neighborhood of low-rise warehouses and galleries and stuff. The land is currently vacant.
