A group of Brazilian developers has added to downtown Miami’s condo construction boom with a new project.
Krystal Tower has been proposed with 153 units in 35 stories at 530 N.W. First Court. Krystal Investment Solution, led by Rodolfo Ishak and Sulamita De Souza Dias, paid $3.5 million for the 22,500-square-foot site in February from a group that previously foreclosed on it.
Starting in the $200,000s, the units would range from 907 square feet to 1,330 square feet. They would have porcelain tile floors, designer European kitchens and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances and floor-to-ceiling windows.
“Our goal is to develop a stunning tower with exceptional views, comfortable yet elegant living spaces, ample parking and the modern conveniences sought by urban dwellers, all at more attainable prices,” Ishak said in a news release.
Krystal Tower would feature a 3,900-square-foot pool deck on the roof, a fitness center, a theater, a club room, a children’s playroom, a yoga studio and 5,500 square feet of ground floor retail.
The project was designed by Glidden Spina + Partners.
Sales will launch in November, led by Roderyck Reiter, of Grand Floridian Estate Realty. It should break ground this winter and be completed in summer 2016.
