Bal Harbor’s renowned “Villa Bougainvillea” has just been listed for $19,900,000. The villa, located in the exclusive Bal Harbor Estates, has long been one of the most luxurious and sought-after Miami Properties on the market. According to The Real Deal, a website about South Florida real estate:
The property, which is located at 88 Bal Bay Drive, has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and two half baths on a 0.25-acre lot.
It has more than 200 feet of water frontage and direct ocean access; it was designed by architect Cesar Molina in 2007. The original home on the site was built in 1961.
Alan Zelcer is listed as the owner of the property, according to Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser records.
He paid $2.23 million for the property back in 1998.
